ABOUT THE ACES

LIFELINE ACES is a Volleyball program that provides an environment where girls can reach their athletic, and overall personal potential, both in the game and in life. We believe that through the values of the program, student athletes can develop the life skills to be successful. Our roles as Lifeline coaches and staff is to create and maintain an environment that promotes hard work, accountability, respect, and the importance of teamwork. 

 With the ACES, athletes learn what it means to have team pride and how important it is to compete with passion and discipline.  They are taught mental toughness and how to cope with adversity during competitive matches and team practices, in hopes that they will also apply what they’ve learned to their everyday lives. When an athlete leaves our program, they should have advanced in the volleyball skills, improved their social skills, and feel a significant rise in their self confidence!
